Eugenio Verea
About
Born and raised in Cuba. Eugenio Verea graduated from Carlos J. Finley University where he received his Doctor in Medicine degree in 1992. In 2000 he received his specialization degree in Sports Medicine and in 2002 received a Master’s Degree in Medical Control of Sports Training. In 2005 he was sent in collaboration to Ecuador, where he resided for 10 years. He owned a rehabilitation center and worked with several sports: karate, surf, boxing, and weightlifting. His biggest achievement in that country was to work as the Sports Medicine Doctor for the Ecuadorian Weightlifting Team in the London 2012 Olympic Games. In 2015 he relocated with his family to the United States. He is based in Florida where he received a Nursing Degree and has been in the US healthcare system for 9 years. Eugenio specializes in musculoskeletal injuries and believes that professionalism and integrity must come together for an optimum result.
