A proud native of Daytona Beach, Dr. John A. Nelson, D.C., earned his degree from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. Initially, Dr. Nelson aspired to become a Medical Doctor, driven by a passion for helping others. However, a life-changing event redirected his path. On his 20th birthday, Dr. Nelson received the devastating news that his mother had suffered a stroke due to doctor-prescribed medication. This traumatic experience profoundly impacted his entire family and led them to explore the world of natural medicine during his mother's recovery. During this journey, Dr. Nelson met a Chiropractor, a meeting that would forever change his perspective on healthcare. Inspired by the holistic approach of chiropractic care, Dr. Nelson realized that he could help people by addressing the root cause of their health issues without resorting to potentially harmful medications. This realization solidified his decision to pursue chiropractic care as a career.
Today, Dr. Nelson is honored to be practicing in Jacksonville, where he continues to serve the community with the same dedication and compassion that guided him throughout his career.
